Who we are

The Viva Vita Club (“we”) runs this website and the club emails. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@vivavitaclub.com.

What we collect

  • Your email address, and your name if you give it.
  • Your country and language.
  • When and on which page you joined, and the fact that you ticked the consent box — so we can show that you agreed.
  • Technical data your browser sends at that moment (IP address, browser type).
  • How our emails reach you: delivered, opened, clicked, unsubscribed, bounced or marked as spam.

Why we use it

  • To send you the club emails you asked for — based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • To keep sending reliable and stop emailing addresses that bounce, complain or unsubscribe — based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your data, and we never buy or rent email lists.

Opens and clicks

Our emails contain a small image and tracked links (via links.vivavitaclub.com) that tell us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. We use this only in aggregate to improve the emails.

Who processes data for us

Cloudflare (this website and storage of sign-ups), Amazon Web Services (email delivery and delivery reports) and Google (our hello@vivavitaclub.com mailbox). They act only on our instructions, under their data processing terms, including standard contractual clauses where data leaves your country.

How long we keep it

While you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe we keep only your email address on a do-not-send list, so we never email you again by mistake. Records that show you agreed are kept only as long as we need them for that purpose.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy, and withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect emails already sent). Write to hello@vivavitaclub.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority — in Spain, the AEPD (aepd.es).
